Analisis Pengaruh E-Learning sebagai Metode Pelatihan terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Karyawan di Bank BCA

E-learning sebagai metode pelatihan telah menjadi alternatif yang strategis dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia di era digital. Bank Central Asia (BCA) mengadopsi sistem e-learning guna meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan secara efisien dan fleksibel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-learning terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran karyawan Bank BCA. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam dn observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-learning berkontribusi positif terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran dalam aspek fleksibilitas, efisiensi waktu, dan aksesibilitas materi. Namun, tantangan seperti kurangnya interaksi langsung dan motivasi belajar mandiri perlu diperhatikan. Rekomendasi mencakup penguatan fitur interaktif dan sistem evaluasi berbasis kinerja.
