The purpose of this study is to comprehensively review the literature discussing the impact of digital transformation on human resource management (HRM) and to identify its practical implications for organizations. The method used is a systematic literature review of relevant scientific articles from leading academic databases. We analyzed key themes such as the digitalization of HR processes, talent development in the digital age, changes in the role of HR professionals, and ethical and data privacy challenges. The findings indicate that digital transformation fundamentally alters the HR landscape, driving the adoption of technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and cloud computing to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. This shift requires HR professionals to develop new competencies in data analysis, technology, and organizational strategy. The contribution of this research lies in providing a holistic framework that identifies the key dimensions of the impact of digital transformation on HRM and offers practical guidance for practitioners and academics in navigating the disruptive digital era. It also highlights the need for adaptive policies and an organizational culture that supports innovation.
