Publication Ethics

Author

Authors must present articles/journals objectively on specific and significant issues, both independent and group research results, authors must include and reference in detail and very clearly so that other people cannot replicate the journal/article. Authors are prohibited from providing statements that are untrue or deceptive or intentionally do not provide accurate data where this is an unethical and unacceptable behavior. Authors must also ensure that their work is completely original, original and therefore wherever and whenever the work and/or words of others are used, all activities and events must be properly acknowledged. Plagiarism in all its forms must be carried out in this condition is an unethical publishing behavior and cannot be accepted in the event of plagiarism. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal at the same time constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable. Authors may not submit articles describing essentially the same research to more than one journal. Authors concerned should ensure that there is full consensus of all co-authors in approving the final version of the paper and its submission for publication. Some articles (especially Reviews) may contain pictures, tables, or text taken from other publications, where Gici Journal of Finance and Business is an Open Access Journal that does not own the copyright or rights to re-license the published material. Please note that authors should check with the original copyright holder (usually the publisher or original author), whether or not this material can be reused.

Editor

The editors of the journal Gici Finance and Business are in charge of evaluating manuscripts exclusively based on their merit, education and academic expertise. The editor does not use information that is not published in the editor's own research without the written consent of the author. Whenever an ethics complaint is raised regarding a submitted manuscript or published paper, the editor must take reasonable action and coordinate with the Chief Editor to ensure that proper compliance with ethical standards is restored.

Editors should evaluate manuscripts/journals initially regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, nationality, etc. Information and ideas submitted must be kept confidential or temporarily deleted and cannot be used for personal gain or gain. Editors must pass final acceptance only after discussion with the maintainer and fellow editors and other reviewers on the basis of compliance, originality, and quality of the article. It is the editor's main job to proofread articles if requests come from authors. If necessary, other appropriate measures should be taken at the time of processing the article. Editors must address and take appropriate steps regarding ethical complaints against published data and/or methodologies. Further communication should be made to the author regarding any notes provided by the Reviewer.

Reviewer

Reviewers of the Gici Finance and Business journals are tasked with ensuring that research that will be published in journal articles is correctly specific, both in terms of title, content and accuracy between title and content. All journal manuscripts/articles received by reviewers for review must be used as confidential documents Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and must not be used for personal gain. The review must be carried out properly, precisely and objectively, the implementation of the observation must be clearly formulated with appropriate supporting arguments so that the author can use it to improve the paper in accordance with the notes provided by the reviewer. Reviewers may not consider manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with the author, company, or any institution related to the paper submitted by the author through the Editor.
